The small magus was walking around the hallway, still feeling regretful that she fled from battle. Even if she knew she wouldn't last, the scorn she got from her team was bad enough. She had a crestfallen expression, pulling down her hat to hide her eyes.

Saber Lily stared at the magus infront of her in confusion, tilting her head slightly as they wondered what was wrong with the girl infront of her and why they seemed so cranky at the moment, though she could make a few guesses.

"Huh...Oh hey, you're me...With a sword." As soon as she saw Lily, she picked up on it fairly quickly. She was rather intelligent after all, she began to scan her sword with her eyes...That has to be caliburn...That's the only sword she's ever been associated with, to her knowledge.

"Ehhhh? I have a mage me too? How did you get uncle Merlin to teach you? and what about training to be a king? How did you make time for all of that? Isn't learning magecraft super time consuming?" Seeing what was more or less a miraculous version of herself doing something they couldn't imagine in their wildest dreams, Saber Lily couldn't help but barrage her older self with multiple questions, a burning curiosity that demanded to know how they managed to juggle all the responsibilities a future king in training would have ontop of learning magecraft

Inari is walking out of the rayshift room with her Master. "Monta, what were you doing on the battlefield?" She asks him calmly and neutrally, but it's clear she's acting sullen because he didn't tell her he'd come.

"Director found out on my training, and more or less toss me into a coffin and made my Rayshift there to help since there was a call of arms to all Masters." He looked a bit sheepish on that. It was still something he was forced to do but it was still a solid reasoning. "But Now I'm gonna try and join in on these mission from here on out."

"I don't mind fighting by your side," Inari says. "I think I prefer it." She leans in and places her face near his neck. "Yes. You already have the scent of a warrior." She breathes against his skin. "When you summoned me, I thought you were a cute young human, but you're undoubtedly a man."

He smiled on that as she leaned up to him, and lightly leaned back on her again. "Indeed, the experience lacking but I'm up to take some missions next time a singularity happens, I'll do my best for you."

"When I first summoned you and told you that I am putting my safety in your hands, even now I mean. Know matter where I am be it in a battle or still here I still have you in mind, that I can call you. My faith hasn't faltered then nor has it now. So I'm gonna do my part!" There was a bit of confidence in his part. "Combat or crafter. No matter what I know Inari is gonna protect me."

"You're more confident now." Inari's eyes grow distant. "I was trying to tease you, but I failed. Perhaps I'm even further from my original form than I thought." "But your sentiment is, how do I say this.." Even though she talks as straight-faced as ever, the smallest amount of redness peaks through the apples of her cheeks. "It's appreciated."

"Yosh! That is completely fine with me Inari, I don't have any issues with that at all. You are better than me in the art so I got a lot to learn from you on the style!" He sound excited and was completely up for it. As well as a reason to spend more time with his dear servant.

"Very well. This vessel is a strict teacher and she's rubbed off on me more than I thought. I apologize if I'm hard on you." Inari's already holding onto the handle of her O Katana. "When do you want to get started? Right away, or at a later time?"

"Perhaps another time! I'm...well..I'm prepping myself to go on a mission! I'm part of the folks that's doing some scouting in the new singularity!" Said the somewhat optimistic master.

"Is that so?" Inari nods to herself. "I will come along. We can train on the way."

"Fine with me. I'll be in your care....as well as attempt to pull my own weight in this. Time to see if all this pays off." A somewhat difference on how he was in his first mission compare to now. At least he has some confidence in himself and his skills. Inari coming along makes it better.

In one of my corridors of Chaldea, paced the light yellow haired Executor. Hands in pockets, he would gaze out any window or set of windows he passed by. “Hm…from what I’ve heard, it seems Chaldea is in the midst of dealing with a singularity. I wonder how many they’ve gone through before I woke up…” He mused to himself, his slit eyes appearing as if he were walking around with his eyes closed. “I suppose in time I should make my way into to one of those…in the meantime…” The man stops near one of the Cryostasis rooms, similar to the one he arose from. Spotting the newly awakened Master, the sort of empty, dull look on his face, a smile crawled its way onto it. The ‘snake’ moved forward to greet the new Master. “My my, just woke up have you? How did you enjoy your nap?” As fake as his friendly approached might’ve seemed, he was genuinely curious. After all, not too long ago did he wake up from his own slumber.

She had just stepped out into the hallway, once more scanning it. It was certainly clean, almost clinical and sterile... For some reason she was sure this place wasn't a hospital and yet... It certainly looked like one. Her musings and investigations were interrupted by the other person walking towards her. He was in a uniform, like the one she had taken off of the wall, so he must be of a similar profession, or at least work at the same organisation. As she thought of this, she had listened to what he had to say, before finally speaking up. "Nap? Is that what it was?" She looked behind her to the stasis lab. Could that be right? Had she simply lost her memory in her sleep? Did this man know? She turned back to him, brow slightly furrowed. "I'm afraid I don't know. Do you know who I am?" She asked him directly, without much hesitation. He'd probably know. If they were colleagues, they'd surely met before.

Upon her introductory inquiries, the man would pause. An amnesiac? Here? ‘Twas something that Eitsu was not expecting. Perhaps her coffin had some defect with it, or perhaps something happened before her ‘nap.’ So, the Executor would respond. “Why, I apologize. I myself have only awoken a few days ago. I’m afraid I know very little about who you might be, but I can tell you we are in Chaldea. This place and organization, you see, was made to protect humanity.” Eitsu’s smile remained, despite his somewhat straightforward explanation. “If you want to know more, perhaps finding a higher level staff member is in order.” Something then occurred to the man, and thus he asked. “Say, you forget your past identity, but do you at least remember what Magecraft is? Or anything other facts for that matter?”

She pondered for a moment, rifling through what she DID remember, before nodding assuredly at the man, her face somewhat blank, but her eyes seeming to dart around his own language and person, seemingly getting a visual feel for him. "I remember a lot of the basics, yes, of both Magecraft and the World. It seems the loss of memory is exclusive to memories regarding myself." "Can you take me to a higher level staff member?" She was being just about as straightforward as he was, matching him in that regard. Her stance was relaxed, but not too casual. Feet shoulder-width apart, arms down by her side with open hands. She seemed to give away almost nothing either way in both expression and body language, like a blank doll.

Rubbing his chin, the Master candidate would nod. “I see. An unusual phenomena, if not premeditated. In any case, I believe a good number of said experienced staff are either handling matters regarding the Singularity, or are just busy in general. I myself have done very little within the past few days of my own awakening.” Turning his head to face the way he had came from, the Churchie snapped his fingers. “I suppose while we twiddle our thumbs, I can show you around the place, though, please forgive me if we end up lost.” With that being said, the Executor would look to her for a response. In comparison, Eitsu was also relaxed, however he seemed to be a bit too relaxed. Not standing up straight, hands in his pockets, he seemed like a student in university. Despite this sort of Devil May Care posture, with his plastered smile and slit eyed ‘mask,’ he seemed ready to uncoil at a moment’s notice. Much like a cobra might when it strikes its prey. However, it seemed like this time, he’d just be laid back. “Ah, what should I address you as? If you don’t remember a single thing about yourself, you might have to use an alias until you do recall your true self.”

She had nodded at his suggestion to guide her around the place, not even questioning the fact that her probably tour guide admitted he may get lost, but at the question of address... "Hm..." An Alias... A name whilst she waited to remember... She searched her brain, racked it even, for anything that she could use, but for some reason all it was turning up was nothing. After a while of pondering, with her brow furrowed and a hand to her chin, holding it gently, she finally dropped it and sighed, looking up at the Churchie. "I don't have anything coming to mind. Do you have any ideas?"

”…how does the name Enrica sound to you? It is the name of my mentor, albeit with a one letter difference. Should this name not suit your fancy, perhaps simply calling you Lady would suffice.” With his suggestions offered, his eyes seemed to open for the first time since they met. “As for me, I am Kamita Eitsu. Some people call me Kamita, others identify me as ‘Eight,’ and a couple of people address me with a plethora of vulgar nicknames.” Chuckling a bit at his own quip, and after her own response, he would begin to walk down the hallway, back the way he had came earlier. The man would walk slowly, allowing a brief moment for her to catch up should she lag behind for any reason, before proceeding at the normal speed he went at prior to their meeting.

"Those names will do just fine. Either, as you wish. Thank you, Eight." She nodded with a small smile, chuckling at his quip along with him. Perhaps she was simply imitating, perhaps she found it genuinely funny, it was hard to tell. She walked behind and slightly to the side of him, at the same pace, so if he stopped she wouldn't bump into him.

With a small laugh, the man nodded. "So be it." Upon speaking those three words, the Executor would continue to walk down the hall, leading Enrica/Lady with the intent of touring her around Chaldea...or at least, the areas that he knew of. However, before their first stop per say, he was stopped in his tracks by what seemed like lower level staff members. They would hand him something before leaving in a rush. Upon looking at what the contents were, Eitsu would sigh a bit. "Well, it seems our tour will have to be saved for another day. It seems it is time for me to summon my Heroic Spirit." His smile would return from the brink, replacing his once confused face. "Apologies for cutting this so short, but it seems that duty calls. Who knows, perhaps you will summon one as well in the very near future..." Before continuing forth on his own however, the Executor turned to look at Enrica, his smile and tone of speaking lowering a bit. "Ah, I suppose this seems out of no where, but I have a favor to ask. My mentor followed a strict personal code, on top of the already harsh doctrines normal Executors such as myself do. In light of your alias and of our first meeting, I ask you remember 14 phrases. Think of it as an exercise of sorts, or a test in seeing how much you can remember before our next meeting." Despite speaking as clearly as ever, he would then rub the back of his head sheepishly. "Heh, I sound like him already...anyways... Spiral Staircase, Rhinoceros Beetle, Desolation Row, Fig Tart, Rhinoceros Beetle, Via Dolorosa, Rhinoceros Beetle, Singularity Point, Giotto, Angel, Hydrangea, Rhinoceros Beetle, Singularity Point, Secret Emperor. Those are the phrases. While it may seem like repeated, random words and phrases with no meaning, I ask that you, how you say, meditate on them. Who knows, this might even unlock the key to remembering your true self, or at the very least forging your new self. Well, until we next meet Enrica, I bid you farewell

." Parting those words onto the amnesiac Master, Eitsu's smile returned to the way it was before his serious tone shift. The man then proceeded to briskly head off to the nearest summoning room, mentally preparing himself to summon his very first Heroic Spirit.

"....Farewell." The young woman blinked, watching the man leave. She tilted her head as that series of words ran through it. He was right, they certainly did seem like randomly repeated words and phrases with no apparent meaning, but... She felt something, under the surface about them. There had to be something, a reason why he asked her to do that. So... She'd do it. She'd remember it to the best of her ability. Other than that... She supposed she would have to find a higher up or more experienced member of staff... If she could do that, she could figure out what she's supposed to do. Rubbing the back of her neck, almost exactly as Eitsu had done before, she spotted a staff member and slowly made her way up the chain until she got to someone who could actually brief her on what her mission was... ...Only to be told to summon a servant as well.

The girl stumbled through the hall, half asleep and covered in frost. This place looked familiar, but her brain hadn't quite put the pieces together yet. Suddenly, abruptly, her left leg betrayed her and decided to stop working. "Shi-" Whump. She fell softly, like she was made of wet clay. "Traitor." She angrily mused to no one in particular. Yeah. Lying here for a bit didn't sound too bad. Maybe she could remember what a Chaldea was while she stared at its cold metal floorways.

The people here are incredibly generous, especially the heroic spirits... Helping her get set up, it seemed like it wasn't even a mild inconvenience for them. She hoped she could return that generosity. She said to Arthur she would stay back, and that's what she'd do. Which is why she had commissioned a ranged weapon. And why she would start training in staying away... "Ah- In the middle of these musings, she spotted the girl, laying on the floor, but seemed to be... At the very least HALF conscious. Did someone just leave her here? It was then that she looked to her right... Oh. This was the cryostasis lab. "....Are you okay?" She knelt by the girl, one knee, just looking mildly concerned as opposed to any sort of true panic. She could see that there was no bleeding, at least.

"Probably." "My leg fell asleep." "Also, I died in an explosion, pretty sure, but that was a while ago."

The girl responded apathetically. Actually, she looked worse for wear. At the very least, being face down on the floor wasn't doing great things for her health.

""Oh, I died in that explosion, too!" The young woman gave a reassuring smile, as though trying to comfort the girl via commiseration, though she perhaps seemed a little TOO enthusiastic. She gently moved her hands under the girl's arms and lifted her to her feet, trying to steady her and make sure she stayed upright, feeling for if she was still going to collapse if she let go. "Honestly I'm not sure being cryogenically frozen for as long as we've been is good for your health."

The girl is light. It's like lifting a sack of potatoes. She seems mildly annoyed, but answers anyway. "Yeah. I bet." Actually, as her thoughts came rushing back to her - too quickly to process - she had begun to think calmly. Her body was weak, for certain. That cold would probably have caused some damage. She'd have to look at that later. As for the person lifting her... (I've already met someone strange.) They were like looking at a snowstorm. Emotions too erratic and pure to get any idea of the thing called a 'person'. But she was honest, at least. "My name is Emilea." "Who are you?"

"Lady Enrica. But you can just call me Enrica. Or Lady. Take your pick of the three, I don't mind much, all of them sound nice." Due to the light nature of the girl, the young woman had initially lifted her about a foot higher than she had actually intended to at first, before grimacing and gently touching her back on the ground, attempting to release her grip slowly and see what happened. "This is Chaldea, it's... Kind of a research station but it comes with an elite task force of mages and priests and scientists and heroic spirits from the past and myth. Its purpose is to protect humanity at all costs from threats to the timeline. You're... Probably a Master yourself, or were supposed to be, you'll have these things called command seals somewhere..." She was spouting exposition like a member of staff... Probably where she'd got it from.

Numbly, the girl nods and stumbles back. As if talking to herself, she spoke in a kind of overawed whisper. "Ah. So they decided to ignore the UN after all?" "No, beyond that, cryogenic stasis of living people is also hideously illegal..." She shook her head. "Um... Nice to meet you, Enrica." "Yeah, I have markings. Three red ones on my chest." "I thought it was a magical brand or something."

"I mean... It's similar? But it allows you to control another, they don't control you... Mine are all over my left arm." She had furrowed her brow at the mention of ignoring the UN and the cryostasis being illegal... Then again, she supposed it WAS protection of humanity's existence by any means necessary, so that could include lawbreaking and ignoring an organisation that big. Still mildly concerning. "Chances are they'll ask you to summon a servant fairly soon after you make it known you're alive again."

"Right." "How am I supposed to..." "Go about confirming my continued existence?" She reached up to scratch her head, felt a distinct protest from her arm, and sagely chose to not do that. "Is there a director or...?"

"I just... Found a member of staff and kind of asked where I was needed and they sent me where I needed to be. Director Animusphere's pretty busy, apparently... Haven't seen her yet." Her brow furrowed once more, and she rubbed the back of her neck, looking up at the ceiling and pushing her mouth to the side. It WAS strange she hadn't seen the director before she had summoned... Maybe this was just a very efficient system.

"Uh huh." Emilea, her mind slowly returning to its normal level of confused, simply sighed. It wasn't surprising for a mage director to let things run wildly out of control beneath them, so long as they were safe. The situation may be critical and she may be suffering from mild cryogenic trauma in a few places, but it seemed that Chaldea itself was stable. Surprisingly, her mind was relieved- and angry at itself for such a ridiculous notion. The situation was bad, but not as bad as it could be. Which was... Scary to think about, really. "Well, thank you for picking me up. I do appreciate it." "And, I'm sorry, but I'm probably going to need a bit of time to process before I jump in head first." "Could you direct me to the archive-" Her body protested with a severe aching that almost took her feet out from under her. She gritted her teeth and refused to stumble. "...Or the cafeteria? I am, unsurprisingly, nutrient-free at the moment."

"Oh, of course." She nodded, and without hesitation, slung Emilea's arm over her shoulder, bending over a bit to make that a possibility without yanking Emilea off the ground, turning the two of them to the direction she had come from. "I would have to look at a map for the archive, but I was just in the cafeteria earlier... And I'd agree that we should tend to your body before you get yourself familiarised... You haven't eaten in... A long time." She was, of course, talking about being frozen for that long, and wasn't really aware whether or not that could apply to Emilea in other ways. "I could cook something, if you like. I think there were some leftover ingredients..."

"Um..." Suddenly, the idea of a perfect stranger carrying her around started to sink in. Emilea felt her cheeks burn. Her desire to deflect was almost as strong as her stomach's insistence on food. ...But not quite. "Alright, alright." "It's too early for me to complain about generosity, but let me pay you back sometime." "....Also, absolutely, I'm going to need a map." "This place is, literally, an extremely large circle." Still, her mind screamed on reflex. Even while disoriented, it was very clear. Human contact was off-limits unless you had her trust. She again gritted her teeth and rejected her mind's protests. Just walk. Just walk, and save it until you can compose yourself properly. Then you can discuss frivolities like personal boundaries.

She rubbed the back of her neck again with her other hand, and continued taking the girl on her way. She'd profusely apologise when she found out about the boundary she'd crossed later. And after that... A good meal from the remainders of what had not been used from her and Arthur's initial cooking session, to get this fellow newbie back on her feet and ready to stand on the two of them on her own again.

after fixing my hair and checking out the uniform i head down the hall to the command room

"Hm hm hm~" Well, it is not often that Ziya was allowed peace or respite. The times he lived in were tumultous to put it nicely, and one couldn't allow themselves to lower their guard. And in true, this was still the case. Not because they had managed to beat Thyrm, meant that the remaining Singularities would be easier. On the contrary, he expected them to be much harder. But there was no point in worrying about that. "We'll come to that when we come to that", would he say. So for now, he's only wandering the hallways, perhaps he could go to the lecture hall, or to the simulator and fish something.

While Taigong was wandering through the halls, he would eventually encounter a small girl with blonde hair. She seems to be staring at a large door which leads to the laboratory. The blonde girl doesn’t do anything other than that. There was no sign of emotion on her. Almost like she had just shut down from functioning. ”…” ”…” ”…” Avacyn has been exploring Chaldea for hours now. She might’ve already covered the entire facility but she still wasn’t satisfied. For those that walk through the halls, they may see Avacyn walking past them a few times now. But for the Servant present, this would the first time he encounters her. For some reason, whenever Avacyn walks past the laboratory, she feels something in her. It was incomprehensible. So finally giving up, she simply stands where she is to see if this feeling increases or decreases. And so far, nothing much has happened. Perhaps she needed to walk inside. But before she does so, she would hear someone coming and eventually lay eyes on the Servant, Rider. She just looks at him with her clear blue eyes. For Taigong, he could notice something special about the girl. She seems… unnatural. Not human. A solid imitation of a human being but is at the same time far from the original.

Of course, it would evident for him, whose eyes could see the true nature of things. An artificial human, he had met similar beings before, in particular the reborn Nezha that served as his comrade in battle. Obviously, they weren't the same at all, but he could tell that whoever made her, while skilled, had forgotten totally the point of making an artificial human: To mimic life itself. Or at least that was the conclusion he drew, now it was time to put it to the test. He approached her with his usual smile "Ah, hello there miss, you must be one of Chaldea's Masters. As for what I am trying to find..." The Homunculus looks at the door to the lab and grows silent. A moment passes and she looks back at Taigong. "I do not know. Whenever I pass these doors, it just feels reminiscent. I cannot explain or even comprehend it." Noting that she is getting ahead of herself, Avacyn shook her head silently. "Nevermind that." She proceeds bow slightly towards Taigong. Showing her respect to the Servant. "It is a pleasure and a great privilage to meet you, Taikoubou."

Okay, that was not normal. Usually, Nezha was pretty functional as a living being, and he could tell that even an artificial human would be filled with basic knowledge beforehand. First impressions are something important, and he carries himself with splendor at every second. Speaking of, he hears some amusing stories from far away. Walking to the source, he meets himself with a Master and a Servant. And by meet, I mean nearly crash. "Ah!" He steps away just at the last moment. "Excuse me, I nearly hit you."

"Nonsense, knowing that I could hear you from miles away, I should've been more careful." He offers a bow in apology. "Forgive me." Now that he's looking at them, he decides to ask more questions. "Ah, are you a Chaldean Master? Did you recently wake up?"

Kintoki rubbed the back of his head... Hmmm... Wait a minute, this Servant was... Golden. He could tell it just from looking at him. "Master, we gotta work on knowing when to put up your guard, y'know?'

Hm? He turned his gaze to the other person. He's a Servant too, isn't he? "Quite the shining beacon of heroism you seem to be, my fellow Servant. I hope you two are a great team together." Shotoku offered a smile.

"Well, we have so far! Golden's golden!" She gave a little bit of a giggle with that delivery, giving Kintoki a light pat on the back with a grin to the other servant.

"Indeed, if it is golden it ain't bad, and all about me is Golden! But, I can tell, you too are Golden, my friend. Who may you be, by chance?" The Servant definitely picked his interest, and he seemed friendly enough

"Yes, indeed. I can see that Golden presence of yours." Nod nod. "Ah, me? My full name is Uhenomiya no Umayato no Toyotomimi no Mikoto. But people nowadays call me Prince Shotoku. It is a pleasure, sir. And who might you be?"

"PRINCE SHOTOKU!?" Lexi, her eyes widening, immediately kneeled before the prince. She had done SOME reading, and she knew exactly who he was. It was one of the few bits of history she actually know. "Ohmygodohmygodohmygod-"

"Hooooh! I think I know you, from the stories Boss told me! Well, if it isn't a damn pleasure to be in the presence of a Golden Prince. Nice to meet ya, I'm Sakata Kintoki for you."

His response was a mirthful laugh, as both of them reacted more receptive than he thought. "Fuhahaha... Relax, my dear. My deeds may be great, but we are the same, even more so in this strange state us Servants are in." Shotoku is the one who afterwards offers a deep bow to the pair. "No, it is my pleasure. I am grateful to be acknowledged by such a Golden pair as yourselves." Once again raising his head, you realize that despite the Prince's overwhelming presence, his stature is actually shorter than average. Remember that here in Chaldea, we have the best of the best. Those who are capable of far more than the average person. And that of course includes you and I. Even just 10 of 15 of us is worth more than hundreds of regular humans. Perhaps even thousands. And with Servants at our sides, our potential grows even more to that of a force capable of taking on these threats to humanity itself."

funnily enough there would be one master that would , never ceasing to surprise her, this girl seems rather apt in what she’s doing, not shying away from showing she’s capable of holding her own and understands what she’s doing. A few lacking information to which she makes up with a constant state of learning and curiosity, is there anything more you’d want? "Your sister's pretty, Vee..." The girl had flinched a bit at the slap, grimacing. But she had no idea what was going on between those two, and the sister was also a little scary, so... She was deciding to just stay out of it for now.

". . . Honestly that's about the last thing I wanted to hear out of your lips after all this time sis. If you cared about what you did you wouldn't be prancing around with a little girl like she was your little sister all around the place. I didn't even know if you were still alive..." With that Fee let out a sigh, closing her eyes with a look of slight dejection before slouching a bit... "If you think I'm annoyed you should see Dee. I'm pretty sure she would actually murder you for all you've done, now unlike her I'm aware you're just an idiot sis and not somehow malicious. Regardless... I'm glad you found a replacement for me, not sure if I expected anything else... Just don't leave this one behind without a word this time." The Amazon Queen would arrive and take a moment to look at the list of the fallen. There was someone that she knew. Someone she wished she had taken time to talk too. Ciel had been busy. She had been updating the Church, the Burial Agency and all sorts of other contacts. Their was all sorts of work for her to do. While the others had rested, Ciel had been busy working. She would then hear a familiar voice call out to her. The blue hair girl would turn around and spot Vee. "Vee..." said Ciel as she had some of the details of what happened to her. Her face would have a bit of a sorrow look on it.

"Ah.. right, you already know." It wasn't difficult to figure out. Even Veronica has her moments. "Ah er, I wanted to say Goodbye."

"Vee... you made a tough call that not everyone would accept. I want to say that I know what you will face and that it will get better but... the truth is that I cannot lie to you. While I did once have a similar fate to you, I had a sliver of hope. You truly are a wonderful person Vee. Someone who has seen so much and yet remains pure. How much time do you have left?"

"..It's.. one Week, I think. and.. I don't think it was that difficult of a choice." "..Not for me, anyway." Not for someone that's wanted to be a Hero from the Start. for someone that's wanted to protect those she cares about.

"Only one week?" said Ciel in a defeated tone. She would clench her fist in anger. She didn't want Vee to go. But their was nothing she could do now about it. "Perhaps we will meet again in the future or in the past. If we do, I will treat you to some curry." said Ciel as she then paused for a second. "You truly are a kind person Vee, always putting others before yourself. Vee, stay strong, the journey up ahead will be difficult but don't ever lose hope!"

"Well, as for now.. I've still got to say my goodbyes to a lot of people. I don't know who's leaving Chaldea and who's staying, so that's currently my main focus.. A-after that.. Tomorrow I'll be spending time with my Sister, and then at some point we were going to have a going away Party with Aden.." She's thinking pretty hard. What does she truly want to do, except just spend time with everyone? "...Hmm.. Yeah. That's all I want to do, I think. We didn't really have much time to just.. Hang Out before, and now is the best time for it, isn't it?"

Penthesilea was now making her way down the hallways. She had just finished training and was growing stronger. Though the main threat had been beaten, their was news of another threat showing up in a short amount of time. As such, the Amazon Queen was doing her best to get ready for this enemy. Though their was another thing on her mind, her master, Vee. Her master had made a great sacrifice in order to defeat Goetia. This had angered the Berserker Servant. She was now stomping her way, looking for her master.

Veronica was in the hallways, having just finished her battle with Nagato..! She spotted her Servant. "Ah, Berserker..!" and approached. Clueless about Penths Anger.

"VERONIQUE, HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU MAKE A CONTRACT!" yelled Penthesilea as she would rushed up to Vee and glare at her. "HOW DARE YOU NOT TELL ME ABOUT THIS FOR SEVERAL DAYS! YOUR ABOUT TO DISAPPEAR SOON AND I FOUND OUT THROUGH OTHER SOURCES! AS YOUR QUEEN, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST TO KNOWN!"

"A-ah..." ..That's right. She didn't tell her Servants. "..I'm sorry, I was going to tell you but.. I've just been really busy since I came back, so..!" "..." She bowed. "I'll accept any punishment you deem necessary."

The Amazon Queen listened as Vee apologized and ready herself for punishment. "A punishment is meant to correct a mistake so it doesn't happen again. At this point, that is useless as you will be disappearing. Speaking of you disappearing, have you found a replacement? I will need another retainer to lead me into battle now!" said Penthesilea as she folded her arms and gave a serious look at her current master.

"..I don't have a replacement Master just yet." "..Ah, but.. my Sisters might be interested...?"

Slipping out of the Longue, Theano moved towards the pair. "You two are loud... Is everything alright--" She paused, overhearing the last bit. "Wait a second what are you trying to sign me up for here--"

"Ah, Fee..! Good Timing.." "Are.. you willing to contract one more Servant..?"

". . . I don't even have a servant. Mine vanished." She noted, shaking her head."Besides, why should I?"

Penthesilea would glare at Vee, not happy with the answer she had just given her. She was about to say something until some welp decided to speak up. Though it seemed to have been one of Vee sisters. The Amazon Queen would move towards her. "So she is an Amazon as well? Vee, you are far too careless and need to think about the future more. If you had more time, I would discipline you." said Penthesilea to Vee before looking at Vee sister. "Hmm... you have a fighting spirit in you. I am Penthesilea, Berserker class servant and Queen of the Amazons." said Penthesilea as she introduce herself.

The girl looked over to Penthesilea for just a moment, looking the berserker over for a few long moments before rising a hand to scratch her cheek... "This... Is definitely a little surreal. I have read about you plenty. My name is Theano Hippolyta Nicolo, the youngest child of the Nicolo family. No fancy titles unfortunately, not that I care much for them regardless. I will admit, I am much more familiar with the deeds of my namesake than yourself, however I know plenty enough to hold considerable respect for you, Queen Penthesilea."

Penthesilea listened as the young Amazon introduce herself. She was glad that some of her kind had survived. "Read about me? No more. You will put down the books and learn on the field of battle if you wish to be my master. I don't care about titles, only your potential and ability as a warrior. If you really are an Amazon, then as your Queen, I will lead you to glory and train you up. In return, you must lead to me to great battles. If you can agree to this, then I shall forge a contract with you." said Penthesilea as she folded her arms and awaited for Theano answer.

Veronica.. nodded her head. "..I'm sure you two are going to get along..!"

*Penthesilea would give an anger glare at Vee, indicating she hadn't forgiven her. "You just got lucky, that is all. Luck is not something you can rely on, not if you want to be a true warrior. I expect better from you."

I'm an archer, hand to hand combat has never been my forte nor do I intend to waste my time training up to be some kind of a master at it. What I have however is my smarts, I intend to use it to it's fullest potential- especially now that I have no hope of becoming a magus."

"Very well, if you believe reading a book will make you a better archer, I will allow it. But I expect to see results in the field of battle. Read all the books you want, it won't compare to real battlefield experience." stated Penthesilea in a strict tone that made it clear she didn't fully approve of this but was willing to compromise to see the results. She would place her hands on her hips and give a nod. She would pause for a second before then speaking. "I wish to learn more about how our people changed and what has happened to them. Until recently, I had thought our kind wiped out. Vee here, didn't even tell me she was an Amazon when she summoned me or that she had sisters. While many would see Penthesilea as a straight up brute, she was actually a tactician. She knew when to lay ambushes and when to retreat from a greater enemy. Though she enjoyed fighting the enemy on a head long charge. She found the tactics of the Greeks using the Trojan horse despicable. Still she couldn't deny their results. "I understand tactics. I have used it in battle. It is needed so we don't fall into a trap and so we can lay a trap for stronger enemies. Such things do have a place in the old Amazon ways. Still, I think I could train you up. Even an archer needs strength to run and pull a bow. A bit of training in melee can also help an archer as well. Very well Theano, I accept a contract with you."

"I'm aware they did. Admittedly I wasn't sure how much of your past you have remembered in this form, Penthesilea." She noted before shaking her head. "Well, alright then. I suppose we can forge the contract now if you wish. I have a knife on me we can use to seal it properly. Otherwise? Just let me know when you want to do it."

The contract didn't seem to take hold. It was then when Penthesilea realized they had forgotten something. She would then turn and glare at Vee. "Vee, I cannot forge a new contract while I am contracted with you. If you would."

The director poked her head outside of the command room into the corridor. "What are you doing!?"

"My business is not with you, Chaldea. Stay out of the way or you will be eliminated." The man's tone was cold as he stared down Veronique. He seemed a little bit upset that the shot he just fired didn't finish the job. Putting his bow away, a pair of blades manifested in his hands.

"..If it's me you're after.. Then we can take this outside. I'm coming willingly..!"

"That is my only issue! If you could not use high explosives in my hallways, it would be much appreciated!"

The man ignored the director, his eyes fixating upon Veronique for a few long moments...

"If I do, you won't destroy anything else, right..?" She's still on guard..! But.. This isn't something she can avoid.

Huh... I certainly didn't expect to wake up to explosions of all things... Assassin, do you mind reporting on the situation? I'll try to get up.. hopefully I still have a little life still in me for this.

"Not unless the other target causes problems." With that he rose up one of his blades. He was merely two steps away.

"C-.." ..W-was she about to try and stall this..? ..T-there's no reason to, is there? "..Right." Yeah. There's no need to put everyone else in danger. "I-I guess this really is Goodbye then, Director." Though her voice wavered, she still smiled. ...She has no choice but to accept this. This is the deal she's made.

". . ." The man hesitated for just a second... Only to move his hand with a swift motion and sinking the blade into her chest.

Ah.. Veronica finds herself with a Blade in her Chest once more.. It hurts. Only at the end, she's finally realized.. She doesn't want to leave. She wants to stay with her Friends..! To the end, she's still Selfish.

Alex was just stepping out with a smile on his face, he had some ideas and resolve to move on. He was ready to go on with his life. Only to witness something he had never wanted to witness at all.

The young Burial Agent would soon show up, ready for combat. She had been preparing herself for the upcoming battle in a few months but she hadn't expected things to start this early. Perhaps these were sent by the Demon God Pillar Ami to slow them down? Whatever the reason, the damage needed to be contained. As Ciel arrived at the scene she would quickly scan the area.

As the two arrived, they would witness the sight of the counter guardian pushing his blade trough Veronique's chest, the bloody edge poking out the other side as he pulled her in by the shoulder. It was clear that he did his best to make the process quick- aiming for her heart. His eyes quickly rested upon the two masters, half-expecting them to put up some resistance.

"I can't seem to find the other one... Odd, she should still be he-- Ah. Good job, Archer."

"State your affiliation and purpose of being here." there was a lack of emotion in his voice, an odd reverb to it as well as every fiber of his origin was itching for an answer. It was itching for a chance to break free. to unleash Retribution

Ciel would draw her weapon but wouldn't open fire yet. She had an idea what was going on but it seemed that Alex was asking the questions. Still she didn't like that they were attacking Vee. She would wait to see how they responded.

"...Stand down."

There's no resistance from Veronica, of course. She allowed herself to be murdered. For the sake of Humanity. To become a Hero. She's said her goodbyes. Not enough of them, she didn't have enough time. But it's fine..! Chaldea will manage without her...! I-isn't that right, Lyta? Lytus..? N-Nightingale..?

Olga looked somber as she stepped out into the hall, looking at Veronique.

With Olga command Ciel would lower her weapon. "Are you sure about this?"

"So this is what the recruitment looks like."

". . ." The man remained silent, merely pulling his blade out of the woman's body before lowering her down to the floor.

"I'm not sure I know what you mean, however we were dispatched here to eliminate them." He answered their question.

"As for our affiliation, we are Counter Guardians."

Olga raised her communicator to her mouth. "This is the director... I need the medical team in Hallway A. We have a body to preserve so she can be given a proper burial. We'll have more on the way."

"Director. I'm sorry, but explain the situation soon. I feel like my entire being will shatter soon and we will have two corpses on the floor afterwards." There was still no emotion in his voice, but it was clear that the man was on the verge of some sort of mental breaking point, as well as a spiritual one

"You didn't hear about Vee making a deal with the world that results in her becoming like one of them?" said Ciel in response to Alex question.

"....In order to become a spirit... One cannot be alive."

". . . Let us go Rider, our job is done here. We have to find the white haired pair."

"Oh come on, no need to be in such a hurry, Archer."

"The sooner you leave, the better."

"I would assume a simple heart attack would do. Understood. I leave the rest to you." As he said that the consciousness in his eyes vanished and his body began to wobble before slumping against the wall.

". . ." The man pulled his hat off, bowing a little as a sign of respect. "I do apologize for the fanfare. I hoped to take care of this a little more subtly."

She stepped out to check on on what was going on only to see the group of people. The two counter Guardians, and Veronica on the floor, with a stab wound in her chest. Assuming Emiya hadn't dismissed the blade he stabbed her with she would put the pieces together quickly.

"...Second medical team, including our psych team."

The man turned around, his head turning to Olga. "We need to know the location of the individuals known as Nagato and Fie Claussel."

The man simply pulled the hat back on his head. He didn't seem to happy about this situation...

Ah.. She's dying. It's not something foreign to her, not after Vlad. ..what a Failure she's been. a True Amazon would have died fighting. ... ... "....o..b..ye...!" Such ends her life.

Holding her bow, the girl quickly arrived at the scene. She heard the explosion but she was a distance away--

". . ."

"Fare well Vee. It was an honor." said Ciel to Vee before turning to the others. "We are under no obligation to help you and if we don't get in the way, your not allowed to attack us, are you?"

That was the man's way of confirming her words- one way or another.

Once more, the communicator to her mouth. "Nagato. Clausell. Hallway A. Your time's up." @Thicc|Fie/Ali/Ayu/Miyu/Nag/Mel

Without hesitation, the girl quickly ran towards her sisters body. Looking her over with wide eyes. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out a small potion she had, quickly uncorking it and trying to pour it in the girl's mouth.

. . . She was too late again. She failed again. Well... This would be coming anyway, but... "Fee!" The young woman called out.

*Ciel was just about to say something until she heard what Olga said. She understood why she did it but she still hated it. She would bite the bottom of her lip before giving a neutral look.

The director gave Ciel an apologetic look. But... This was the best way to avoid any unnecessary bloodshed.

The man remained silent for a few long moments before leaning against the wall and waiting. "Assassination isn't the sort of task I've signed up." He noted.

". . . How foolish to think you'd get a choice, Rider."

She ran to the side of her sisters, kneeling and flailing a little bit as she tried to figure out what to do next.

She simply kept pouring the potion in. Once it ran out- She reached into her belt. Taking out another one...! A look of clear desperation on her expression.

Asteria was a little late to the party as she ran over to see what all the chaos was, “Hm I heard the winds change? What’s happening?”

The Guardians have come to claim what is theirs, Master. You should stay put. The Assassin is hiding himself, of course. There's no need for him to get involved. This Girl, and the others signed up for this.

"FEE! STOP IT!" This time, she was more forceful, putting her hands on the young girl's shoulders. "IT'S A WASTE, SHE'S GONE!"

". . . You were-- Always quick... To... Give up... On... People... On us-- She's not gone. Not yet. I can tell... She's still here--!"

". . . Just give up already. She's dead. Listen to your sister." With that the man glanced around, stepping away from the body and dematerializing his blades.

Mm? Ah, so Vee is leaving already? Huh... I wish I could atleast be there to congratulate her before she left... (edited)

Despoina now just hugged her sister, accepting the words and abuse as they came. "Stop it... For your own sake..."

Hey, Assassin, can you tell her I said farewell? I want to be able to do that at least.

Asteria blinked at hearing this and closed her eyes. She breathed in, then breathed out… Knowing something like this woulda been inevitable… But at least she could make a few good memories with her in her last days. “…”

"So long as it takes, unfortunately." He remarked, pulling his cap over his face.

". . . They aren't showing up. I will let you wait for them, in the meantime I shall go hunt them down, Rider."

He turned the corner and saw the group of people all here. His eyes glanced over to the dead body of Veronica. So this was how it was done huh? He let out a sigh, he should have seen it coming. "Well... fine. Come on and get it over with already..." He held his hands up with his guard down, normally he would fight back but... Doesn't look like this was a great time or place to fight. Damn... How lame was this? To simply let himself die?

By this point, the man had already headed off.

She was hugging her sister... But it was honestly more for herself, placing her hand on Fee's head and running it through her hair.

As Nagato arrived, the man pushed himself off of the wall and turned to the man."Ah. So you're here. I do apologize for the sight. Not exactly too keen on this sort of work either if I'm being honest. Still, do you have a preferred way to go? Considering you've come willingly. It's the least I can do." The man remarked, offering Nagato a smile- though there was a clear hint of sadness within it.

..The Assassin will be following the one that shared his Name. The least he can do is make sure that none but the Targets are hurt. Of course- He'll remain Invisible. Silent.

Ah... alright... apologies, Assassin, give me a moment. The telepathic link was shut off.

Asteria knelt down by Vee’s body, taking a hold of her hand and placing it to her own forehead. “You promised you’d be back soon… Even if it’s as a Counter Guardian you’ve got to be back as soon as possible… And Vee… These last few days were great for me… I hope they were as great for you too…”

"A preferred way to go? Are you sure you want to give me that? Cause my preferred way to go is to go down in battle and unfortunately..." He looked around the hallways, most at the people that were from Chaldea. "I don't think would be Wise on my part since the others are here and I rather not cause them any problems. So make it fast while I can hold myself back from the urge to fight. Oh before you do actually..." He turned and waved at the Chaldeans. "Later guys! It'll be a while but I'll return here eventually, don't miss me too much!" Good, that was all he needed to say. While it wasn't everyone, it was enough for him. "Ok now you can do your job."

". . . Hah. I can respect that actually. Alright, follow me then. Let us leave them to mourn. By the by... Do you mind showing me to the actual entrance to this place? We used the vent's so I'm not too sure if it's going to be too comfortable a walk outside."

The girl just... Lingered. Still. She didn't know what to say. Nor what to do. Tears poured down her cheeks yet she stifled any sobs.

"Pfft, you guys came through the vents? Man, was it that hard to find? Sure, I'll show you where the entrance is." He then began walking away from the group of people motioning for the Counter guardian to follow him. This guy didn't seem all that bad which lead Nagato to the conclusion that his partner that he came here with must be a hard ass.

With that the man followed him, smiling just a little at the interaction. "It wasn't the most comfortable. I will admit that. We could have found the entrance though Archer insisted on doing this as subtly as possible. Not that he didn't break that suggestion of his the first chance he got." The man noted.

The two soon left.

"Counter Guardians can be summoned, and she said she'd... Be back as soon as possible."

Asteria sat there for a moment before piping up to Theano and Desponia, "Hey you two... Vee wanted me to take care of you two... So if there's ever anything you need just speak up mkay?"

". . . I don't need anyone to take care of me. Thanks." With that she just looked away.

"...In this kind of place... I'll take all the help I can get. Thank you, Miss...?" Dee looked to Asteria, tilting her head slightly.

"Asteria, Asteria Caelestis... A pleasure to meet you... What are your names? Aaaalso, even if you don't need it... Just know that I'll help when I can..." Asteria gives Dee a soft and gentle smile, though its not long before her gaze goes back to Vee's body.

"I'm... Despoina. Dee, for short... This is Theano, or Fee for short... How did you know Vee?" She turned her gaze back to the body as well.

The Berserker class servant would hear her master call and would show up to the hallway. She wondered why she was being summoned. Upon arriving she would see her master as well as a few other people. "Berserker class servant answering your summons, what do you retainer?"

”Alright Dee… Fee… As for how I knew Vee, well we were friends and coworkers since we started hunting down these singularities back in Singularity F… But erm… As of the last few days due to Fee’s push we started going out… Ehe~”

Giving Desponia a side glance, the girl simply sighed. "Just because Veronique was obvious doesn't mean I'm like her."

Penthesilea would nod her head. Their was no argument or commands or anything like that. Just an understanding as she took a moment to look at the body. It seemed that Vee time had come and gone. Now all their was to do the final rite to pass off in the after life. "Do you wish to handle the body or shall I?" said Penthesilea as she waited for the last bit of instructions before starting.

". . . I think it's best if you do. Thank you, Penthesilea." Theano noted, offering as faint a smile as she could muster before taking out a tissue and wiping her hands clean.

"..." Dee nodded in agreement. "She deserves a burial in the most ancient of ways, of which you would be the most well-versed in... Queen Penthesilea."

"Well I don't think anyone's tested the theory but maybe that could be an experiment for a later day..." Asteria observes Penthesilea for a bit and what it was she was going to do, curious as to what an amazonian funeral would be like. "Nmmm...."

The Amazon Queen would nod her head. With that she would kneel down and grab Vee body in a bridal carry style and hull her away.

The young woman got to her feet, and began to follow suit.

The idol hurried up and stood on her feet before going along.

The girl was slow in her movement, she stopped even as the others carried on to look at Olga for a few long moments before speaking up. "Director." @RJ|Sir L/Lytus/Dude/Wolf/-/-

"...Yes?" She had just kind of... Been looking on. She had tried to be stoic, but she was clearly troubled.

". . . Would it be possible for me to make a request that is potentially out of my paygrade?" The girl asked, looking off to the side for a few long moments before sighing. "I understand if that may be too much to ask."

With that she glanced off to the side. "Not forced to stand on the sidelines and watch others do the work."

"...That's your request?" The director folded her arms, giving Fee a stern look. "If you don't train, everything we deal with will remain above your paygrade. At Chaldea, you assign yourself to what you think you can handle. Use everything here at your disposal. You even have an Amazon Queen to instruct you. I will continue to make sure the opportunities are there."

". . . Look director, that's not the type of training I mean." With that the girl took out a small tome. It was full of spell equations and specific drawings of circles that represent a certain brand of magecraft. To be accurate? The whole book seemed to be a study of Zodiac Signs and their connection to magecraft. "I am not a magus. Not yet at least. I had hoped to change that after talking to my sister however we both know where that led. I'm not Penthesilea nor am I Veronique. I wish to learn magecraft one way or another. I wouldn't be approaching you if I knew how to achieve that goal. I'm also aware that proper mastery of magecraft can take families centuries to master." She stared the woman down, her eyes fixating on her. "I do not expect you to share your family secrets, nor even have you teach me directly. However, will Chaldea be able to assist me in developing a talent as a magus?"

"...My point stands. There are many magi within Chaldea. We have the origin of Atlasian Alchemy. Obviously I can't be going around giving private tutoring, but... You'll find no shortage of wisdom within these walls."

Seeing that Alex hadn't gotten up, Ciel would take him to the infirmary. It seemed that she was now on clean up duty.

Leaning up against the wall. The girl took in a deep breath. Rising a hand to cover her face, she merely slumped down against the cold wall behind her quietly... This... This was something else. She had no idea what to do. None at all. She was gone. Lingering there for a few long moments. The girl finally stood up. Resting a hand on the wall she had felt her stomach turn. Something twisted inside like a knife. As if her very guts were pierced and tossed around by a blade...

Letting her hair down. The girl looked off to the side.

What was she to do now?

Ciel was now looking at the wall of the fallen. Their were many names here, some that she didn't know, others who she had befriended and even one or two that she had to put down. The Burial Agent was taking some time to just think about the part, all the actions and everything that had lead to this point. They had won, humanity had been restored but it had come at a cost. She then looked at three recent names, Fie, Nagato and Vee. Each one of them had paid a price greater then death. The Burial Agent would place some flowers at the wall. Ruler, are you there? said Ciel telepathically to her servant. @Crafter/Flower/Illya/Dad/Oni

I am here...Training, self improvement and alike. Even now with how things settled down, the Grand Order completed and humanity coming back too. Jeanne continued to find her means to improve herself even as she knew she has plateaued long ago she shall find her means Are you in need of help? She wouldn't ask if Ciel was in danger..at this point her master was rarely in danger.

No, I am not.  I have just been thinking a lot.  About everything that has happened.  I am at the wall of the fallen.  You and I have been in Chaldea for a long time, we have survived where others have fallen.  I was just wondering, how do you handle it all and if your doing alright.

said Ciel as she stayed at her current position. She had been so focused on the mission and stuff, she had some what neglected her servants.

I have been here for some time now. After all I was already summoned when I have met you. I have seen a lot and I have seen many fall. Be it servants or masters it feels the same. 

The wall is there to honor then when we don't have the time to do so properly. A proper burial is something that does not happen often. Only the 'recovery of the body to give to the family. So that they can be given respect per the family beliefs'

Such a corporate and candid response. As of that was the answer given to her when she ever asked.

Time, life and everything does not stop on their deaths, it continues and resumes and the wall is a reminder to not allow another to fall.

Indeed, you have been here for longer then I have and seen more people fall.  It must have not been easy for you.  But yes, you are correct, time continues to march on, not waiting on us.  We should do all we can to make sure their deaths weren't in vain.  It's just we have been so focus on the present, we haven't had much time to look back.

That's really all she could say..but she also felt no real need to keep the mental speaking going on. So she hopped herself out of the little INS she was in and appeared beside Ciel.

Ciel would see her servant appear out of thin air near her. She would shot her servant with a smile before taking another to moment to think about what Ruler had just said. "Continue to train and improve? Surely their must be something you desire, something you wish? Isn't their at least something you enjoy to do or something at one point you wanted to do?" asked Ciel as she slightly tilt her head.

"Hmm..I was content on seeing our work done and with humanity restored allow myself to go back to the throne.. But there barely a moment to rest, even with that taken care off there is another Singularity..and some impending concern within a few months time. I do have something I wish to enjoy perhaps time so that I can see outside but even that has a blizzard going on. It is always something..I cannot worry on it for the sake of keeping my attention on the goals of Chaldea." She explained.

"The blizzard will let up given time. When it does, how about we go and see the world, is there anything specific you want to see?" said Ciel as she was a bit curious about her servant. Though Jeanne was right, they did have an enemy coming and they would need to get ready but it was a bit hard when they didn't know what the enemy was. "We can only prepare so much, we don't know who or what this enemy is. Though I am confident that we will be able to handle it." said Ciel in an optimistic voice as she gave a confident smile. She would then look at the wall of the fallen. "Was their anyone you were close too whose name is here?"

A young looking crimson eye fellow would now be making his way down the hallway, he was currently being flanked by two shadow servants, a saber class and caster class. Though suddenly he would notice something or someone blocking his path. @Andle | Cam, Ib, Rach

Combat and Roll

". . . State your business." The witch called out, shadows festered all around her in a cloud of darkness, remaining remnants of the Plane of Shadows by which she had travelled all the way here.

The boy would let out a groan as he looked at the heroic spirit blocking his path. He had a clear annoyed look on his face. "How dreadfully annoying. I am just here to take advantage of the chaos. The real threat is in the summoning room, you should take care of that." said the boy as he would then snap fingers.

Hiding it's presence, their was a third servant, an Assassin class.  This one began to move and took a left on the hallway, attempting to stealthily leave the area.  Though it seemed to have underestimated Scathach sight.

Without much hesitation, Scathach would grip Gae Bolg and toss it right in the direction of the Assassin servant. The strike was obviously not intended to actually hit it's target. Instead- merely a warning. "I can see you, Assassin. Do not try to get away so quickly." With that, she'd recall her spear back to herself. "Will your task hinder or otherwise go against Chaldea's interests?" Her question was to the point, her eyes coldly fixated upon the man before her as she tried to sense if he was the divine presence she had sensed earlier.

The boy would raise an eyebrow. Before shaking his head up and down a bit, pretending to be impressed. "I have already told Chaldea what I want, an observation lens. From what I managed to gather from these zombies roaming around, you do have some backups. I will simply take one or two of your back ups and then leave both this base and the singularity if you don't get in my way. That you have my word on and I am a person who always keeps his word."

"I'm afraid I cannot allow you to do that. However, if you need to know a specific event- I might be capable of helping you so long as you have a good reason for wanting to know it. Ultimately even if there are spares, they are necessary to accomplish Chaldea's goals." With that she gripped her spear.

"I don't plan on using it for looking into the past or the future. My intention isn't to threaten humanity. Besides, the longer you talk to me, the more damage is done to Chaldea by the zombie hordes. I wonder, what do you think they will destroy next? I wonder how many more shadow servants they will summon as well?"

"Yet your actions might just cause problems for humanity regardless." With that the woman rose a hand to brush her fingers trough her hair. Four servants. One god. Were she not limited to a servant container, this would be child's play however... As it stood this might be an incredibly difficult battle.

"Perhaps but I believe the old saying, 'You currently' have bigger fish to fry' applies here at the moment." said the Sun God as he then smirked.

"Work on your hubris, God of Cruelty." With that, the Witch of Dun Scaith swung her spear around and... Slammed the Butt of it against the ground.

"A shame that you won't budge at all for the observation lens, even if they are backups."

"I've seen enough of your kind to know where your work leads. I do not care for your goals, you are not to be trusted. The very aura that surrounds you-- Even if you do not wish to harm humanity I understand the fact you will hurt them in the process. The curse made to protect your vessel will not help you." The Divine Physician hopped through one of Chaldea’s many hallways humming to herself, she had just finished doing a rudimentary medical check-up on some of the Chaldean staff just to make sure they were in good health and after seeing they were fine aside from minor fatigue left to check up on some of the servants as well “Hmm who should I check up on first..” *Hua mumbled to herself as she began to flick through her book of patients not properly looking where she was going, eventually bumping into someone * @Danni

Keeping up with most the heroic spirits here was a lot to ask for someone like Robin Hood. He had no real accolades to speak of at least not the version summoned by the grail, no connection to the divine and he lacked anything that might come close to resembling a reality warping weapon. That was why this meager Archer had to train and prepare as much as he could between missions in order to keep up. Certainly he wasn't the only one here with such a conundrum though he hated being shown up. The green hooded ranger was just coming back from such a preparation, looking into certain weapon poisons he could brew to give him an edge. When all of a sudden...Thud!! "Oi, watch where you're going--" Robin recognized this face, they were both assigned to the same master and had even fought together once. He couldn't quite recall her name off the top of his head though he still offered a small smile. "Oh it's just you Caster, what's up?"

Sure they're happy to have a doctor like yourself looking out--" He looked down upon realizing that the other servant was sniffing the air. He couldn't really help the earthy smell on him considering he spent more time in the woods than in civilization but was it really just that. "Sheesh are you going to give me a lecture too? It's not like I'm human anymore so the risks are pretty much non-existent." He groaned feeling like getting caught in an unhealthy habit by a doctor to be one of the worst possible situations. That and getting on a murderous servant's bad side, perhaps that would happen today too if this streak of bad luck kept going.

He offered a small smile in return, honestly he only really smoked when out on the hunt or otherwise by himself so second hand was rarely an issue. Robin's eyes opened a bit kind of surprised with such a question, suppose Romulus did give him a rather thorough beating. "Oh that would a great help thank you, Robin" Hua was caught off-guard by Archers offer of assistance "Even a little bit of knowledge on healing arts is a good start, I originally only started with Ayurveda medical techniques before doing my own research in order to further my craft so that I could save more lives, even if you only know a little I can help you improve as well then!" Hua picked up her Green bag book and began to flick through its many pages while biting on the nail of their thumb muttering to herself as she attempted to figure out where 'Druidic Stuff' overlapped with other forms of medication or Healing Magecraft "Hmm I should teach you how to properly handle Mafeisan, but first I would need to see how your 'Druidic Stuff' works as I am not too familiar with it."

"It's not a problem, doubt I'll be too much help though all things considered." The green cloaked Archer gave a small shrug not quite understanding most of what Hua had said or what Ayurveda techniques even were. His methods were pretty much just very old and outdated versions of herbology tied with very basic druidic magic, healing was not his specialty after all just a capability. "Well I'm nowhere near the skill of my old man unfortunately, my healing knowledge only really extends to what herbs help with what issues and the like. It's very basic medicine and some minor magecraft, nothing that'll save someone on the brink of death I'm afraid." He confessed only really confident in his ability to deal with minor sickness. "Mafeisan, like anesthetics?" He had somewhat dabbled in it when healing himself from wounds sustained during his life though it was really quite amateur. "Ah right I suppose you're famous for discovering that huh?"

"Indeed, my discovery and use of Mafeisan is one of my most well known creations, it was a anaesthetic which was meant to be drunk by patients. Sadly due to a certain self centred warlord the method of making Mafeisan alongside the majority of my medical techniques and advancements in the field of surgery would be abandoned and forgotten." Hua has a look of sadness on her face as she remembered her later years and the Idiot who's own stupidity got himself and his son killed, however she simple shook her head and slapped her checks and attempted to move past those memories "Being able to cure an illness or mend a wound before someone is brought to the brink of death is just as important as any of the major medical procedures, you really have a skill for undervaluing your talent. and seeing as its based on herbal medicine then I should be able to help you with getting better at is as thanks for your offer of help."

"Well leave it to a tyrannical dumbass to hoard knowledge for themselves and not share it with the rest of the world." Robin replied with a sigh not exactly fond of those in powers, more so when they happened to be two faced rulers who preached prosperity yet practiced cruelty. The Archer could tell however this Servant was something of a whirlwind of emotions, perhaps she had more than a few lingering regrets? "Wouldn't call it undervaluing rather than just telling things how they are. I have a few tricks up these old sleeves sure, but I'm only really good at one thing and it's not particularly useful when most people just heedlessly run into the frontlines." He sighed perhaps they both found frustration over their comrades' recklessness. "Hmm, guess it wouldn't hurt knowing how to heal a few basic wounds should worse come to pass. Poisons and medicine are two sides of the same leaf in some cases..." He mused hoping to at least get the most from this experience. "Well guess I'm your assistant today Lady Tuo, hopefully I'm of help!"

"I am sure you will be, let's start by looking for some servants and masters for check ups and give out some of the more minor prescriptions, that should be good for today."Hua said, she was surprised to finally be able to get someone to talk to while working and was also willing to assist her. She was also happy to have someone who she could talk to casually and who seemingly understood her point of view and complaints "Let's get going then!"

It wasn't hard to tell that Robin had somehow put his fellow servant in much better mood, some empathy and understanding certainly went a long way. He let out a relieved sigh before following close behind, there went a day of relaxation but at the very least he'd be helping make Caster's job a lot easier. "I don't really see a lot of Doctor like servants around, guess you must be on high demand for field missions huh?"

"You would expect that to be the case but most field missions have people just requesting "More fire power", but I do try to join when I have the chance. We recently had another Caster who has been helping with healing people who are on Field missions." "I presume you must be high in demand on the scouting field missions? You seemed to be quite skilled at moving around undetected through busy towns during our last mission."

"You assume we've had any sort of scouting missions lately, seems everyone just wants to charge in rather than see whatever the hell the enemy has planned first." He shrugged certainly he could perhaps meet an Assassin's level for subterfuge given time but the only Assassin he met here thus far that lived up to the name was that mage killer who snooped around the vault. "Well least you won't get overworked at any rate, but still this whole approach seems risky." He thought back to Romulus and shuddered, if someone that strong was just an underling he could only imagine what the real deal must be like. His style was to make the first strike count then retreat and slowly weaken the enemy over time, staying in the fray too long was a surefire way to get wiped out or worse. "My expertise is mostly guerilla warfare at any rate, hit the enemy where they least expect it and take advantage via element of surprise. I'm more Assassin than Archer in that regard."

"Ah I see you so prefer the scalpel to the hammer, sticking at a weak spot it much smarter then attempting to win though brute force alone, It is a shame so many of the Masters and servants do not share you level of common sense." Hua let out a sigh as her Master came to mind as she spoke "I wished some would at least let the rest of the people they were with where they are going or planned to do and not go off on their own and cause problems for the original plan that was made."

Honestly it was the types who tended to brute force their way through every problem that infuriated Robin the most. Well next to chivalry types, who made it seem like they were taking this whole servant thing as some type of game. Fighting fairly and fighting smart were very rarely printed on the same page. "Right? Then it falls on our heads to try and clean everything up. Subtlety is a lost art, though perhaps Chaldeas will come to appreciate it if these forward attacks keep coming out messy."

“All of them just charge in for some made up ‘glory’ and put everyone else at risk, hopefully some of the less arrogant servants and masters can organise the rest into a competent unit.”

"Wouldn't get your hopes up honestly, though those glory in battle and death folks can at least make for a decent distraction while I sneak in and hit their weak spot." Robin noted with a chuckle noting that his own survival did at times rely on a well placed distraction. That said it certainly didn't help when the distraction became the most reliable part of the plan. "Though forgive me if I'm mistaken but you're from quite the conflict ridden era correct? I'm surprised you're not used to the warfaring glory hounds by now. It's a different story with me since I wasn't close to anyone else worth of becoming a heroic spirit during my lifetime."

"Well guess it didn't help that I was pretty much stuck in the Sherwood most of my life," he scratched the back of his head some what curious as to the time period Hua Tuo lived through. While he had fought his own one man war against the tyrannical lord of his village, it was nothing compared to a campaign that covered an entire country. Though that didn't mean his tactics were ineffective against other servants or full scale armies, far from it considering the strength of Shinobi sabotage forces during Japan's Feudal era. Hell he bet that in terms of pure Guerilla tactics he had some of their best beat, it was certainly one of the few things he prided himself in. "Eh guess it's some ass backwards idea of trying to look tough despite the fact you're only hurting yourself in the process. Hmm, guess some big cheese like Guan Yu crying for his mother during surgery might hurt morale more--though maybe it was to show that even big shots like him can deal with pain." The orange haired Archer shrugged once more not really understanding what went on in a military commander's head; empathizing with the common soldier was far easier for this forest dwelling outlaw though even they were usually built up on some idea of bushido or chivalry, alien concepts to this dishonorable mess of a servant for sure. "Peace? Well comparatively if you're talking about your time period, alas there's not much peace in the world given that the rich will almost always oppress the poor. In fact, think it's during these times of peace where the poor suffer most since some tyrant's eyes are on them now."

Its why I always refused rewards and payments for my treatments, caring for others is always the correct choice and a reward for it to be done everyone regardless of if the path they walk is paved with mud or gold deserves to be cared for in their time of need" Hua spoke honestly about her views, while she wasn't a noble or major courtesan they saw first hand those who were in need with most of them being the poor commoners who fought in a battle they didn't understand nor want just to fuel their lords ambitions and being denied the right to live due to others demanding more from those who already had nothing

"Well I mean you should at least get paid for your trade, from my understanding it's not exactly cheap being in the medical profession and you should at least be able to cover your costs." He replied while honoring her nobility, he couldn't really see much of a practical sense in performing such high demand work for no cost whatsoever. Though maybe she had her wages covered by some larger entity, it wasn't really in this vagabond's place to say. If anything he could at least tell that she had the upmost pride in her work and following the Hippocratic Oath to a tee. "Well guess it's not my place to tell you how to run a business, honestly in terms of finances I might be the worst kinda guy to ask. Somehow I have a skill that let's me retain more wealth, though that could just be related to my namesake since it wasn't exactly something I had much of before." Honestly the Throne of Heroes was quite an enigma, especially in selecting him out of all the possible Robin Hoods that had worn the title before. "I'm just some strange exile who could speak to fairies and was raised by a druid, outside of that and sabotage I'm not exactly well read on the ways of the world." He admitted not exactly ashamed of that fact, but his lack of experience was something he couldn't quite take pride in either.

I think that’s arguably more good then anything I could have done in my life.”

"Hmm? Ah sheesh guess you don't know huh..." Admittedly most of the legends tied to Robin Hood didn't belong to him like stealing from King Richard or hosting a band of merry men. "Well I should just tell you, most of the things you'd associate with my name have absolutely jack all to do with me personally. I've never stolen any kind of wealth, and if you ask me to pierce another guy's arrow on a target then forget it. I'm just some strange half baked druid with some skill in archery who spent his golden years shooting down caravans and a few knights to mildly inconvenience a tyrannical local lord. I'm proud of my skills sure but they aren't exactly in line with what everyone thinks when they hear my name." He said getting Hua back with a small rant of his own, not that he really expected her to take things to heart but it was good to at least try and clear up that misconception.

Robin wasn't quite expecting that reaction, he hoped that his words didn't come off as him being upset after all. He lightened the mood a bit with a small chuckle. "Hey now what are you apologizing for? I'm just clearing the air a little, nothing you did wrong in the slightest." Making girls upset wasn't something he found the slightest enjoyment in, unless they happened to be the silent yet dangerous and destructive sort. "If anything it's just my surprise over most people associating my title with things I can't even do. Giving me false credentials on a job is a surefire way to see I get fired early aha."

"Hmm, I mean don't mind grabbing a bite though weren't we on our way to look after some of the dumbass servants who got beat up?" Robin asked not yet forgetting Hua's original plan for the day, he really didn't want to impede on her work just to make more small talk. Perhaps she just enjoyed his company that much though the Archer sincerely doubted that was the case here. "Maybe when we finish up perhaps we can go on this little date, but we should at least get the busywork out of the way first or we'd just risk forgetting about it later."

"Believe it or not I'm pretty used to going a while without rest, even though I may not look like it." Robin admitted feeling proud that his efforts in that one man war were enough to give him C ranked endurance as a servant. His tactics did indeed require constant vigilance and hard work to pull off correctly after all. It was hard to tell whether this Doctor was just thinking about his well being with that or just wanted to spend more time together. Best not to make any assumptions though! Half of him was tempted to tease her about just how easily sidetracked she had gotten over their conversation, but he'd have to settle with just a smug grin not wanting to embarrass this doctor any further. "Hmm of course we should--" Seems she had already bolted past him at quite the frightening speed. "Oi wait up!"

Robin sighed for some reason feeling like this was some sort of deja vu related to a certain pink haired draconic idol. What a strange feeling... "Hey now just don't overdo it alright?" Archer said trying to run ahead so he could catch up, mostly to make sure she wouldn't run face first into someone else. Thankfully it wasn't hard to catch her at any rate, definitely there was a clear difference between a medicine practitioner and a guerilla fighter. Though he did keep a few paces behind since he was likely just going to pay anyways. And he wondered why his golden rule was so low...

Fenrir proceeds to glance at the side since they have just walked passed one of the virtual battle spaces. He hums, going back to the thoughts he had earlier. Perhaps another time. So with that, Fenrir shook his head and decided to keep walking alongside his Saber servant. "Right, right. Sorry. I completely forgot that you servants are slightly aware of what's going on currently. I've summoned a few servants ahead of you. They said the same thing. Though back then, there was a clear threat. Right now, well... I can't say because I do not know myself. It also doesn't help that I've been stuck in my prison cell for almost all of the singularities Chaldea had to tackle." Fenrir admits with guilt. While he wanted to help the people he was recruited by, he has done some bad things which placed him in that position in prison. Maybe he'll get the chance to make up for his actions with the Prince for when the next threat arises and the new campaign of Chaldea has begun. When the Prince confirms what he shall do when in Chaldea in regards to the other members of it, the Mixed Blood lets out a sigh. They were on the same page. For now at least. And to make things better, the Prince seems very understandable of the current situation. Including his acceptance of his master. "You do not need to be by my side the whole time so you are free to explore Chaldea on your own time and meet others here. I've made some friends in the past but I am unsure as to where they are now. I think it might be best if I remain in the dark for now since I just left my cell."

At first Saber was curious to ask more about this mentor in particular, but he assumed that was a rather sore topic for his master though he may very well open up to the idea later. For now the Prince of Lanling was simply content to just listen to his master and play along with this little game of insightful hints into each others' histories. "I'm surprised that you aren't Fenrir, shouldn't history be important for a master so you know the best servant to summon for a given situation?" He asked not exactly condescendingly but more so to get a feel on how important understanding the origins and abilities of your own servants was here. Maybe it didn't matter much and servants were meant to act on their own initiative. Seems he was summoned by someone else with a fighting spirit, though there would certainly be time for such things later on should time permit it. "Ah?" Lanling Wang replied with a tone of surprise for the first time ever since they started this little tour of theirs. Seemed he wasn't the first servant he had yet to summon, though Fenrir had been here for some time apparently so it was a sound assumption to think Lanling was only last in a line of summons before him. He couldn't help but feel like he had a standard to live up to now and had no desire to fall behind those that came before him. "...You were a prisoner?" Now that quickly snapped the Prince back his eyes looking back over at his master, quite curious why he of all people ended up in a cell. Now his curiosity seemed to turn into necessity, just who had summoned him into this time period, was this some fool who had gotten caught by the enemy... some devilish murderer... He could not judge anything just yet, the mere fact that Fenrir was avoiding others after being released only elevated his concerns. Saber would likely still serve under his master regardless of the answer, but he wanted to know who exactly he was working under first. "What was your crime master?" @ArbyOrNotToBe

"History is important. But at the same time, we Chaldeans must learn how to adapt. It's not often we are given the opportunity to work alongside ideal servants. It's almost... random. It is by chance that I have summoned you. This goes with the other masters of Chaldea." He addresses Saber's first question. He says this because of experience too. Fenrir's first servant was Rider, Guinevere. Not someone he had expected and yet the two worked out. Even though it was only for a brief time. "No need to rush me, Saber. I have enough time to try and figure out who you are. Don't underestimate my intelligence either. Just talking to you will be enough. No questions. I'm sure a revelation will hit me by the time our walk together ends." The man chuckles again. When the Prince asks him what he did, Fenrir hums. He wasn't sure if he should reveal the truth but keeping too many secrets was a bad idea to him. So with a sigh and a light shake of his head, he shares his reason as to why he was imprisoned. "Mhm. I damaged the facility and nearly killed a handful of servants and masters as they contested my blind rampage. Fortunately no one got killed. Otherwise I would not be speaking with you. Then again, I am unaware of harsher punishments in Chaldea." His memories are still a little hazy. All he knows is that Queen Antoinette charmed him and forced him to attack his allies. Everything after was a blur. Fenrir was just informed after the fact.

How frightening that a human of this age was capable of such heedless destruction, and from the sounds of it holding a temperament that could set off at any time. Then again perhaps the one who summoned him here wasn't even human at all, it was likely possible that even Lady Yu could summon him despite her otherworldly nature, so he couldn't put it past him that this master was indeed dangerous. Yu Mei-ren may have despised humanity, but she was not likely to go on a blind rampage. He held his head in confusion not knowing what exactly to think of all this, he was committed to serve though what would he do if his master ended up losing control? "I-I'm sorry master but that was not something I expected..." He said rubbing his head somewhat now feeling a more pressing need to establish some rules to this contract of theirs. "So long as you remain sane, you shall have my sword... though please do not be surprised should it be turned upon you in retaliation in case the past repeats itself. I would not have you live on in disgrace as a monster, that is my one and only term to our arrangement." He noted those eyes of his sharp enough to pierce directly into the soul of anyone who dared meet them. It was evident the full force of his personality was being held back by the mask somewhat, still what was leaking out was enough to likely make most humans reel back in fear. Though this raw intensity was only present for a moment as he once again calmed down, his eyes averted for a moment as if somewhat ashamed of this request. "I apologize for asking something so selfish on my part master, should you not agree to these terms and wish to end our contract then you will not hear any complaint from me. My sword is now pledged to fight for humanity regardless."

Hearing Saber's request, Fenrir tilts his head. Perhaps he should've added some context first. All is still well, however. If anything, his Saber's reaction humored him. "Ah, I should have clarified that the reason why I went on this rampage was due to the powerful charm magic of an enemy servant. But since you brought up that idea... I would not be against it, Saber. I, too, would prefer to not live as a monster." Fenrir notes as to how apologetic Saber can feel. It was understandable though. There was nothing wrong with being honest. Especially as a powerful servant. In this sort of relationship, it would be more effective if both parties shared an understanding with one another. Hearing all this just means that Fenrir has a good start with the Prince. "You apologize often, Saber. Please, feel free to be vocal. I do not mind listening to what my servants has to say. Better to know what you think than not know. It will allow me to improve or make necessary adjustments to how our relationship will work for as long as the contract holds." Feeling this strange force hit him after making contact with Fenrir, the priest hums. Inspecting the mask with a glance. "Hmm. That mask of yours. I feel as if... Saber, could you explain your reason as to why you wear it? What the mask is capable of?"

He sighed, certainly not wanting to come across as overly harsh to someone he just met and his master no less. The bond between servant and master could be a rather difficult one should their compatibility be misaligned. Saber certainly didn't want to think of his master as the malevolent type, though he wasn't going to drop his guard anytime soon after hearing all this. Charmed by a spell or lost to one's own madness, it was truly a pitiful state to be in and the Prince of Lanling especially did not wish such a fate on his own master. "I'll take that as an acceptance of my request... very well I'll take an oath to stand in your way should you lose control again. Even if it should cost us our lives, this will be my promise so long as I remain your servant." Saber nodded wanting to bring such a somber tone to their otherwise peaceful discussion to a close. He then offered a small smile perhaps to lighten the mood a little. "That may be true master but it's good to practice restraint with ones words and what may or may not be acceptable to say around certain people. Though should you wish me to speak freely then my tongue will no longer be held back. Hmm, I'd be careful though many have compared my wit to the feeling of being shot at by a sharp arrow." He smirked almost seeing this as a challenge of sorts to see just how much banter he could get in. Though his demeanor once again shifted at the topic of his mask, a hint of shameful embarrassment in his voice as he had almost forgotten he still had the thing on. Lanling Wang shook his head not wanting his master to remember him for the demonic face he held underneath this visage, but rather as he was now. "It's meant to hide something I'm deeply ashamed of... you'd see me as something completely different if I were to remove it--" He started trying to avoid Fenrir's gaze, he knew the topic would come up but this soon? @ArbyOrNotToBe

Fenrir never felt bothered since he was speaking to the Prince. If anything, he appreciated the honesty. After all, he only wanted to know the truth from his servant. Even if it means he would hear things like the idea of being killed by them. This is just how Fenrir is - not afraid of the truth. "I see. So you also wear it to protect everyone else. Understandable. I will not pry any further then if whatever your hiding brings you great shame." The priest would assume it had something to do with the Prince's face. What else would be hidden behind a mask? Could it be that the Prince has a scary injury - a burn? Or perhaps there was something magical about it. The more he thinks about it, the more he wants to see his face. But after saying that he won't push him further, he will maintain control and keep his word. "Out of curiosity, Saber, what do you plan on doing once our walk is over? As you know already, I don't plan to keep you on a leash. You are free to go wherever you please so long as you inform me."

"I greatly appreciate that master, though should this accursed face ever prove an asset in battle I shall not hesitate to employ it. Though I'd rather avoid having my mask off whenever possible..." The Prince explained in relief, it was easy to assume that it would be the first command any curious master would issue and one he would not refuse if asked. It was nice to know Fenrir at least respected his own desires enough to drop the topic for now, cementing Gao's opinion of hima as a good and honest man thoroughly albeit one who could likely have a rather dangerous streak in the future. "You wish for updates on all my current locations then? Heh, I can assure you that you have no fear of treachery or backstabbing from me... unless perhaps you're the overprotective type?~" He teased a little giving his master's head a little rub down as if to playfully reprimand him for not trusting this Prince to be well behaved and able to look after himself. "Hmm, if there's a dining facility perhaps I'll make myself a cup of tea... there are other masters and servants here you said? I would love to meet a few of them if possible should we fight together on the battlefield!"

The twin tailed tsun and master of chaldea wasn't sure why she was aimlessly wandering the halls of Chaldea instead of studying in her room or finding somewhere isolated to train.
