Akiha is walking through the fields with her Servant. In the days since they took back the grail, she's been regaining her strength. She's feeling much better already, but she knows she's coming close to her limit as a half-blood. "You said you celebrated something similar to Christmas in Rome. What was that like, Lucius?"

Lucius accompanied his Master through the snow-covered field, he had been doing his best to assist his Master while they recovered. Seeing no reason not to do so Lucius took a moment while they walked to answer her Question "Ah, Saturnalia? It was a week-long festival in honour of or god Saturn. It was entertaining." Lucius placed a hand on his chin as he began to recall what it was like during his time, speaking in a nostalgic tone "Usually, it would begin with giving an offering in his Temple, followed by a public banquet which anyone regardless of status could attend, followed by the giving of gifts and continual partying. Someone would be declared 'King of the Saturnalia' and would be permitted to order others to assist in keeping the festivities going. It gave the people a time to enjoy themselves regardless of their possession or stature in life." (edited)

"That sounds more like my taste," Akiha says with a smile. "I've never given Christianity as much as a thought, but I do like celebrating bonds. You've never met them, but would you mind if I told you about Hisui and Kohaku a little?"

"I've lived with them since I was a little girl. To be blunt, they're my maids, but that doesn't paint the full picture. We used to celebrate all kinds of things. Not in a religious way, and not like in this town. It was always simple. Some cake, some wine. Nothing over the top, but that's how I like it." Akiha cuts herself short. "Sorry, I'm rambling. Ciel was now making her way through the snowy fields. She had decided it was best if she talked to Akiha. It had been a while since the two of them had last talked. She never got to talk to Akiha about the gift she gave her. The Burial Agent was also concerned about the mission reports she had read about Akiha. As she got closer to the group. She would hear her name. It seemed Akiha had something to say about her. Ciel would attempt to stay quiet and see what else was said about her before deciding to jump into the conversation.

"Actually they suggested the idea of getting them for you, I was looking for that Butler of yours to ask what you would like and saw her outside your quaters while you were in the Singularity. that was when she suggested the idea of getting them for you."

"Really..?" Akiha's not wearing the gloves right now, but she still looks at her hands. Then, she squints at Lucius with suspicion. "Why?"

"I have no idea, they said they wished to get you a gift and ask if I could assist them in paying for it. All they told me was that they were an acquaintance of yours and their name."

Akiha sighs. "I don't know why I'm acting so suspicious of her. This is exactly why she hates me."

Ciel would then come out of the shadows. "Hello Akiha, Saber. How are you two doing today?" said said while giving a bit of a sneaky smile, like she was up to no good. Having overheard their conversation, she managed to get a bit more insight on what Akiha thought about her.

"Ciel." Akiha blinks. She looks back on the path they took. She didn't hear any footsteps. And that smug face can't mean any good. "What are you doing alone out here? Don't you know you're supposed to go in pairs for things like this?" She bites away at her, but her expression is more pouty than smug.

As for coming her alone, I can take care of myself." said Ciel in a confident tone. She would then look at Lucius who was still quiet. "Saber, you are pretty quiet. Don't tell me your afraid of little me?" said Ciel in a slightly teasing tone.

What did the air just get so tense for? "The gloves are fine. I have no complaints to name." Akiha smiles earnestly. "Merry Christmas, Ciel. And thank you for your present. I have no intentions of converting, but I'll be sure to repay your efforts."

"That is good to hear Saber, as Akiha servant, I expect you to be fearless." said Ciel as she gave a smile of approval to Lucius. "I am glad to hear that. I did spend a good amount of money and resources on them. As for converting, that is not my job. I haven't even tried to convert Shiki." said Ciel as her playful smile then went into a more serious mood. "Speaking of my job, your hair has gotten a lot more red."

"I'm happy you noticed. This shade suits me, no?" Akiha puts one hand on her hip. "I'm not so bold as to go all the way, but a little tint is nice too."

It seemed that Akiha was going to dodge the issue. If she didn't want to address the issue here then that was fine. Ciel could take up with Olga later on. Her expression would become more playful now. "I think its a bit too much tinted. Your hair color at this rate will match that of Kohaku and Hisui. Though perhaps that is what your aiming for, becoming part of a set."

"That wouldn't be bad either. What about you? That blue suits you nicely, but it's fun to experiment every now and then."

Ciel casts Disguise Self!

Description

You make yourself--including your clothing, armor, weapons, and other belongings on your person--look different until the spell ends or until you use your action to dismiss it. You can seem 1 foot shorter or taller and can appear thin, fat, or in between. You can't change your body type, so you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs. Otherwise, the extent of the illusion is up to you. The changes wrought by this spell fail to hold up to physical inspection. For example, if you use this spell to add a hat to your outfit, objects pass through the hat, and anyone who touches it would feel nothing or would feel your head and hair. If you use this spell to appear thinner than you are, the hand of someone who reaches out to touch you would bump into you while it was seemingly still in midair. To discern that you are disguised, a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC.

This isn't the situation for it. I actually come bearing another gift, this one was made by my servant. But seeing as you don't want me to be watching over you like a mother hen, perhaps I shouldn't give it to you." said Ciel as she decided to playful tease Akiha.

"Yes, I'm sure you make for an excellent mass murderer," Akiha states calmly. "Anyways, can you change back already? It's unsettling. I don't want a gift from someone so shady looking in the first place." The comment from Lucius piques her interest. "A set of options? Like what?" She's just a girl I know. Don't worry about it. If you ever find me dead, she's probably the one who did it.

That comment about being a mass murdered struck Ciel. The Burial Agent had killed a number of innocent people back when she was possessed by Roa. Ciel would then change back before taking out the item and throwing it at Akiha and then started to walk away. "At least I don't go around attacking my allies." said Ciel in a cold tone as she then continued to walk away.

Akiha catches the item a few centimeters from her face. Is this some special church tactic? If the purpose is to confuse and in turn irritate her, it's working. She looks at the present Ciel threw her way.
